Known to have one of the most advanced power metrics with the market’s most accurate sensor technology; ‘ICG Coach by Colour’ offers an impressive training system that delivers real-time, colour-coded feedback to maximise the training experience for users of all abilities.

 

The impressive technology that ICG bikes are equipped with allows for the bike to offer a direct measuring tolerance of +/- 1% watt rate and an individual FTP score that evaluates the fitness level throughout a user’s ride.

T3 (TRIPLE TREAD)

Total Body:

Run. Resistance. Row. An interval training class which is designed to keep you moving from the treads to weights to rowing. Be ensured you’ll be working out to 45 minutes of heart stomping, athletic training regime moving to the beat of the hottest tracks!

 

Chest + Arms:

Target your chest and arms in our in- house interval training class which is designed to keep you moving from the treads to weights to rowing. Be ensured you’ll be working out to 45 minutes of heart stomping, athletic training regime moving to the beat of the hottest tracks!

 

Lower Body + Abs:

You’ve never felt your abs and booty burn like in our T3 class! Specially curated to keep you moving, you will definitely sweat in our 45-minute class while moving to the hottest tracks in town!

FOD (Field of Dreams)

Field of Dreams is where your fitness fantasy comes to life! From the total body training Octane AirDyne X Bikes, to the all mighty Hammer Strength Resistance Tanks; FOD is a class where numerous HIIT and game related programs are put together to give you the ultimate challenge.

 

This class focuses on improving agility, stamina, reaction time, strength, explosiveness utilising functional and athletic equipment. A multileveled regime, suited for all fitness levels as you never know what your Coach has up their sleeves!

LEAN BODIES

Make space for those weekend get-togethers and dinners with Lean Bodies!

 

A nonstop circuit training that helps improve your cardio with dynamic bodyweight movements and resistance exercises. This workout is sure to challenge you in all ways possible as it challenges your endurance and in a short amount of time! Fit for those at any fitness level, come and get your lean body today!

TRX

Looking for a TRX class that will get you sweating? A 45-minute class that will get your heart pumping like no other? Look no further with TRX Endurance!

A workout that challenges both your strength, cardio, and mobility simultaneously; This TRX programme is the only program to use the legendary Gauntlet Stairmasters! Leave the class feeling stronger and fitter as you sweat to some of the most banging music while burning away those unwanted calories!
