The best class to test your absolute strength paired with dynamic mobility and explosive movements to bring out the Athlete in you. Suitable from beginner to advanced athletes, this class will teach you basic TRX movements while allowing progression and regression within the same exercise.

 

All TRX fundamental movements will be taught in this class whilst incorporating several unique techniques that will be taught by our TRX certified coaches!

ENDURANCE

Looking for a TRX class that will get you sweating? A 45-minute class that will get your heart pumping like no other? Look no further with TRX Endurance!

 

A workout that challenges both your strength, cardio, and mobility simultaneously; This TRX programme is the only program to use the legendary Gauntlet Stairmasters! Leave the class feeling stronger and fitter as you sweat to some of the most banging music while burning away those unwanted calories!

STRENGTH

CORE

All TRX classes incorporate core work- of course! But unlike your conventional TRX Strength, Functional, or Endurance; TRX Core will demand your ultimate focus and attention.

 

With a core emphasis on your abdominals, TRX Core is a full 45-minutes class loaded with Mountain Climbers, Pikes, Pendulums, Planks, and much more to help target that entire muscle group while introducing increase mobility and flexibility to other parts of your body including your shoulders and hips.

 

This class is perfect as a warm-up or cool down.

RIP TRAINER

The TRX® RIP TRAINER® is an innovative weighted bar and resistance bungee that targets the abs, obliques, backs, and hips while building up your speed, agility, and balance.

 

Train every plane of motion while building lean muscle with this strength- based class. RIP Trainer is specifically great for athletes who require great rotational power & strength [Example: Golf, Baseball, Tennis, etc].

 

Suitable for intermediate to advanced athletes, this class is perfect as a warm-up or cool down.

TRX
