1. TRX Functional

A 45 min TRX class which includes using the suspension trainer along with other functional gear such as kettlebells, slam balls, wall balls and more. This class will challenge your strength, mobility, stability and endurance.

2. TRX Endurance

TRX Endurance is guaranteed to be a heart stomping class with a workout combination of both strength and cardio. Not only will you burn unwanted calories but this class will be sure to improve your cardiovascular and performance standards.

3. RFC T3 (Triple Tread)

Run. Resistance. Row. An interval training class which is designed to keep you moving from the treads to weights to rowing. Be ensured you’ll be working out to 45 minutes of heart stomping, athletic training regime whilst moving to the beat of the hottest tracks.
